Has https://github.com/MrRio/jsPDF/blob/v2.0.0/types/index.d.ts been forgotten? It still contains fromHTML…

Yes, you are right. I saw this a couple of days before, too, but didn't have the time to prepare a fix yet. Could you prepare a PR?
