Query & Pagination

I see that your GET methods responds with all elements, so I integrate Mongoose Paginate v2 to supports filter and paginations features

Now you can send by query params filter and pagination params with any option available on Mongo Query and Mongo Paginate Parameters

I didn't complete your test cases, so if you want in your review I can complete this

NOTE: On example/server.js:8 I remove unsupported options in mongoose 8+
