Why did removing the approvals get so much more expensive? Ah, this is because it just updates the weights to v4 (which is missing in this branch because it wasn't upstreamed).

It's a bit odd that System BlockWeight is not whitelisted for the benchmarks, but not sure it's worth it to dive deep into this 🤷
