Fixes issue #2842 and paves the way for proper back pressuring in request/response protocols.
There is now a new typed receiver type
IncomingRequestReceiver<ReqType>, which gets passed into subsystems at initialization time. So instead of the request multiplexer sending incoming requests to concerned subsystems, each subsystem gets their ownIncomingRequestReceiverwhich does the decoding for them, so they only have to deal with typed data.By having access to the receiver directly, they also have the possibility of applying back pressure to that channel, which was not possible before. (This PR does not introduce any new back pressure, but we now have the means to do it in a proper way.)
Also this PR gets rid of
Faulttype, as I realized that what was left with all type system limitations was not worth to keep.
