The readme file for the AutoFix tool in the patchflows directory has been revised to include guidance on utilizing SARIF input for SAST scanners, defining the SARIF file path for fixes, and establishing a vulnerability limit to control the number of issues that are fixed to ensure the generated pull request remains manageable.
