Patryk's Desktop Configuration

This is my first custom made desktop configuration for the awesome window manager

Packages that have to be downloaded to run this setup

AwesomeWM - The window manager used, Aur package: awesome-git
Picom - The compositor, Arch package: picom
Rofi - The app launcher, Arch package: rofi
Materia GTK - Materia theme for GTK applications, Arch package: materia-gtk-theme
Materia QT - Materia theme for Qt applications, applied using kvantum, Arch package: kvantum-theme-materia
Papirus - Papirus icon theme, Arch package papirus-icon-theme
qt5ct - QT theme applicator, Arch package qt5ct
Rubato - Lua library for making smooth transitions, download from luarocks with luarocks --lua-version 5.3 install rubato
LuaPosix - Lua library for C library bindings, download from luarocks with luarocks --lua-version 5.3 install luaposix
kitty - The terminal emulator used, Arch package: kitty
fish - The shell used, Arch package: fish, you will also have to download Oh My Fish and install a theme, I use agnoster
xss-lock - Allows i3lock to be connected to Xorg locking mechanism, Arch package: xss-lock
lxappearance - Used to setup GTK theme and icons, Arch package: lxappearance
lightdm - Lock screen / Display manager with the Aether theme, installation, here
alsa-utils - Used for controlling audio devices, Arch package: alsa-utils + alsa-plugins
NetworkManager - Used for managing all kinds of network connections, Arch package: networkmanager
brightnessctl - Used for adjusting screen brightness, Arch package: brightnessctl
