Here is a list of OSINT tools that may be useful to you when conducting investigations related to Tajikistan. If you want to add something, that's great! Please make a pull request or message me on Telegram. Unless further clarified, the site or project has main version in Tajik and Russian. To use a part of them you need a registration or tax identification number. So for deeper OSINT, you have to find a friend in Tajikistan. Have you ever been there? Oh! Then you should visit Dushanbe or Khujand.

NB: There is a leak of open data in Tajikistan, even for residents. However, some data that is not available on official Tajik sources can be found in international sources. See the appendix.

Open Data portals

• Statistics

• Statistical Agency under the President of Tajikistan.

• Use my CSE to search stats from Tajikistan and some other countries in the region. Here you can find some data you won't see in official Tajik sources

• Customs Service under the Government of Tajikistan. Registers, statistics on exports and imports, foreign trade turnover, laws, regulations, orders, instructions

Legal Entities

• ANDOZ.TJ | Tax Committee under the Government of Tajikistan. Database of taxpayers. Information on legal taxpayers. Information on legal entities representatives of branches and foreign organizations. Information on individual entrepreneurs. Registration required.
• Online Cargo Assistant System. Service will help you find local legal entities check projects, information on enterprises and organizations, trademarks. Additional verification in state registries is recommended. 👁️‍🗨️ Allow pop-ups! (Don't try for Tajikistan, ANDOZ is the only avaliable open base)

• Try OSINT Industries. Looks like their search for phone numbers in Central Asia countries is growing up. Non-free. Nice free options for investigators
