Upgrading 0.7x to 0.8.x

This is an incomplete list of notes about upgrading a project from 0.7.x to 0.8.x.

• subject location is no longer done transparently (on model instead of in jpg EXIF)
• variable name for cmsplugin instance in templates is now "instance" instead of "object"
