Description of the fix

• It turns out that Twitter OAuth2 authentication requires basic_auth to be enabled.
  • Thanks to @katomaso : unauthorized_client error with Twitter Oauth2 social authentication #3347
• And then to access the GET /2/users/me endpoint, Twitter requires the scopes tweet.read, users.read, but only users.read was set by default.

• Unfortunately as far as I know, the Twitter API v2 doesn't provide a way to get the user email, so users still have to enter it manually.
