Install Percona Server

tar xzf Percona-Server-5.6.22-rel71.0-723-debug-valgrind.Linux.x86_64.tar.gz

Install TokuDB

tar xzf Percona-Server-5.6.22-rel71.0-723-debug-valgrind.TokuDB.Linux.x86_64.tar.gz

The TokuDB tarball installs files in the same directories as the first tarball.

Install the MySQL data files

scripts/mysql_install_db
