Code restructure to classes #394

Wanted to cleanup src dir since #331 merge:

remove templates from src and remove "Xhgui" path component:
- {src/templates => templates}/
- src/{Xhgui => }/
removes files that are evaluated in global scope (converted to classes)
deprecates XHGUI_ROOT_DIR constant. still present when loading config.php

The methods were referenced only from tests.

This avoids need to manually load config from bootstrap
