This allows the use of settings that look like this.

# In settings.json
"gnformat.path": "~/bin/gn",
"gnformat.path": "${workspaceRoot}/bin/gn",
"gnformat.path": "${workspaceFolder}/bin/gn",
"gnformat.path": "/opt/bin/bin/gn",
