Thread-safe and non-blocking factories

• From now the default Period and Time factories are thread-safe.
• TimeFactory and PeriodFactory are interfaces. Not structs.
• NewNonblockingTimeFactory, NewNonblockingPeriodFactory methods are also available now.
• Some test fixes
