Due to the changes in these firmware release, a few larger changes than usual were required:

• KePub stylesheet additions
  This patch needed to be rewritten due to changes to the CSS location in libnickel. It has been split into two separate patches (one for each of the old patch presets).
• ePub uniform font scale
  Rewritten in 17820+ due to changes in how the firmware determines the multiplier to account for the device DPI. The firmware changes make this patch even more necessary on certain devices since the firmware changes caused the EPUB font size to be much larger than before.

This is the initial release for 4.24.15672. There are not any changes for other firmware versions except for the removal of cssextract from the releases.

Note that firmware 4.24.15672 added a new dictionary v3 format and a new method for installing custom dictionaries. If you already have custom dictionaries installed, they will be handled correctly and preserved during the update. I will be updating dictutil and the documentation later this week (see pgaskin/dictutil#14).

Due to the changes in this firmware release, there were a few more changes than usual for some patches:

• Increase TOC level indentation / Increase TOC level indentation and fix extra indentation bug
  These patches have been removed because the fixes have been integrated into the firmware itself and do not require patching anymore.
• Change TOC level indentation
  This is a new nickel patch to allow changing the indentation if you don't like the new defaults in the firmware.
• Dictionary text font-family/font-size/line-height
  This patch was updated for the dictionary styling changes related to the new October 2020 dictionaries. Customized versions of this patch will need to be updated to match these changes. Note that this fix may only work temporarily and may require an updated patch once the dictionaries are available for them to display correctly.
• Allow searches on Extra dictionaries
  This patch was removed since the bug with the handling of the space in the Extra: title prefix for ExtraLocales has been fixed in the firmware itself.
