Thanks for sharing this! We're probably going to leave this PR open until our draft v1 spec is stable enough. Then I'll make necessary revisions as commits on this PR to bring it into line, before we can merge it. This is the first tiling scheme for a segmented virus in our repository, which makes it even more useful. Thanks again and I'll keep you posted with progress. |

The O'Connor lab has had some success with this primer scheme and we would love to get it into pha4ge. However, influenza A has a segmented genome, so does not appear to be supported at the moment (#25). Regardless, I'll go ahead and put this PR in for when it can be incorporated.
