Version 2.0: Presets and Multiple Headsets

Changes in this release:

• Added an option to create multiple presets (ChannelBindings)
• Delete and rename presets
• Support connecting to multiple Arctis 9 Headsets simultaneously, allowing for talking multiple ChatMix volume knobs
• Bind any channel of any headset to any preset using HeadsetChannelBindings
• Multiplexor-type UI for easy binding of channels
• Live saving of any changes made to appsettings.json
• Run on startup functionality
• Only allow single instance of the app
• Slight UI imrovements
• Lots of refactoring

This is the first release. It is feature-complete without many bells and whistles. Does what it says on the tin.
