Hi @rkrenn I tried to review this with a clean install, but I'm getting a 503 error when accessing portal.jsf and the API endpoint. signup/ works fine. Just set up a scratch Debian 11.3 VM and installed from the Debian scripts. Any suggestions?

thx @josharmenta you test approach seems legit, but i guess the jee app just failed to compile because of some dependencies failed to download (yes thise happens from time to time). you should be able to see the errors in /home/phoenix/install.log. so i presume the jee webapp is not running (you will also feel this with then signup portal, once you try to submit data there). i recently tried with 11_2, but i dont think there were too much changes in 11_3 yet.

the CI build was succesful however: https://github.com/phoenixctms/ctsms/runs/5777684967?check_suite_focus=true

will merge now, to complete the crowdin setup.
