new whitelist entries does not work as expected

Expected behavior

Add a blocked entry from the Query Log to the Whitelist. Alternate the comment for that new entry. Domain should not be longer blocked.

Actual behavior / bug

After adding the new entry it is not blocked anymore (as expected). But if you alternate the comment for this new entry, that domain will be blocked again although the whitelist entry exists.

Workaround: Don't use Black/Whitelist, but instead use Group management /Domains
