What version of Kubernetes are you using?

What version of TiDB Operator are you using?

v1.0.0
What storage classes exist in the Kubernetes cluster and what are used for PD/TiKV pods?

What's the status of the TiDB cluster pods?

What did you do?

terraform apply
What did you expect to see?
TiDB LB domain is shown in outputs:
default-cluster_tidb-dns = aeb748195f56d11e9aeb70ae67ff0b7e-25bbd4125f96646b.elb.us-west-2.amazonaws.com
What did you see instead?
default-cluster_tidb-dns = empty
