*: support time function for calibrate resource

What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #44908

Problem Summary:

What is changed and how it works?

• support time function for calibrate resource , such as date_sub(now(), interval 10 minute)
• support to input duration only which means starting from now() - duration to now()
  move file to internal
  and fix test bug which is because of no filter in mock metrics data
