Support suppressing backing-property-naming via ObjectPropertyName

Description

Follow up #2741.

Allow the usages in Compose like:

import androidx.compose.ui.graphics.vector.ImageVector

val Folder: ImageVector
    get() {
        // ...
        return _folder!!
    }

@Suppress("ObjectPropertyName")
private var _folder: ImageVector? = null

Checklist
