Removes the Wii U Gamepad requirement from both Haxchi and Mii Maker.
Note:
The DS Virtual Console disconnects the Pro Controller as it boots and Haxchi acts as if the A button is being held down when there's no controller synced to the console,
The config.txt file has been adjusted to boot the embedded CFW by default and also when the A button is held down, to work around that issue.
