PR to address issue #121 by updating nebulizer to work with bioblend version 0.16.0.

Manual testing indicates there is an issue when using bioblend 0.16.0, when authenticating against a Galaxy instance by using an email and password combination instead of an API key. With nebulizer this is most commonly used when adding a new API key automatically with the add_key command, e.g.

nebulizer -u peter.briggs@manchester.ac.uk add_key main https://usegalaxy.org

This appears to be a bug in bioblend which has been reported here: galaxyproject/bioblend#398
