Telegram alerts during the trading hours for user-subscribed scan category(ies)

It would be highly beneficial if PKScreener could integrate alert notifications through Telegram while the intraday monitoring feature is running. This functionality would allow traders to receive real-time updates and alerts directly to their preferred communication platforms without needing to constantly check the screener or platform.
Additionally, I would like to request alerts when new stocks meet the criteria and appear under the screener during intraday trading. This would notify traders about fresh opportunities without missing any important stock movements.

How will it work?

1. PKScreener has some of its users on telegram channel https://t.me/PKScreener or group https://t.me/PKScreeners who use the bot : @nse_pkscreener_bot on telegram aside from those who work/use PKScreener from a local installation using the console application.
2. Users who wish to get automated alerts throughout the trading hours for NSE,India, would need to subscribe to their chosen scan category via the telegram bot @nse_pkscreener_bot.
3. A user will also be able to define/provide their own custom scanner, using the PKScreener defined language, to the telegram bot for which they will be able to receive alerts.
4. Each such subscription will be chargeable per scan type (custom or in-built) since this will require a separate dedicated run throughout the day for every single user and obviously incur additional cost.
5. The initial proposal is to have such users pay ₹ 500 per scan type subscription per month per user.
6. So if a user chooses to receive intraday alerts for P_1_1_12, the user will need to subscribe to the alert and pay via UPI to PKScreener@APL and share the transaction ID with @ItsOnlyPK to confirm and register.
7. If a user subscribes to X_12_7_4 (₹ 500 ), and X_12_7_8 (+ ₹ 500 ) and P_1_1_14 (+ ₹ 500 ), the user will need to pay ₹ 1500 for three scans per month.
8. If the user just subscribes but does not pay, the subscription(s) will remain inactive and alerts would not be generated for such users.
9. The user registration must be using the user's telegram username or ID. The alerts will be delivered only to the registered telegram ID 1-to-1.
10. The alerts will be subject to service availability by the server provider and delays or non-delivery of alerts for a given scan on any given day cannot be challenged.
11. No refunds for the payments can be entertained as the service resource will get allocated on a monthly basis for each such subscription and would have incurred charges anyways.
12. The monthly subscription must be renewed for each scan and must be paid individually per scan per registered user.
