• Support voice selection for OpenAI tts solution
• Support pause state in Text-to-Speech feature
• Support showing Text-To-Speech reading text in dialog

• show lazy load images in Reader Mode (thanks to @wanderor )
• show in paragraph translation text in 1.5 line height
• sometimes tts websocket listener will return fail
