Since ArmA 3 is able to use the Steam Workshop, you can subscribe and download this mod here.
Oh, and did you see that we've got release's here?
You can choose between multiple file formats and the version you want.
You can choose between the linux or windows binaries. Or you can choose the full package ending with "mod".
That packages you just install as any other mod except you use the binaries. Then you have to put them into an ArmA 3 mod folder.
This extension should be working on every running system with an installed Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 or higher version installed.
But since ArmA 3 needs VCRedist2013 installed on your Windows, you don't have to care about this.
