Added conditionals and logic to check if licensing was below the requested amount when updating customer power users. If below the requested amount and the optional
autoAddToPoolflag is true, theupdatePowerUserLicensingfunction is run against the customer's plan ID, incrementing the number of licenses to the pool by 5 before assigning a license to the customer.
