Add key to wrapped children props in list.

• Automatically add a key to the wrapped components in a list if it doesn't have an id. Fix [BUG] Error when passing list of components in dash component properties other than children. #2302
• Extract memo TreeContainer component to DashWrapper for it to have a name in react dev tools.
• Refactor DashWrapper context consumer to useContext for one less component for each wrapped component.

There is no test for the bug as generating the warning require react dev tools installed on the browser.
