no predefined stamen styles in map subplots #7085

As @emilykl pointed out, stamen styles require users API key in their styles definition.
Therefore having a predefined style for stamen styles is not useful.
This PR removes the predefined stamen styles.
The users could still make use of these styles by defining the map.style and add their own API key in the object.
Please note that for testing on local host the API key is not required.

 - the user need to provide their API key when using stamen styles
