This PR includes a handful of small v4 updates

  • Add plotly.graph_objects as alias for plotly.graph_objs
  • Add fig.update_layout method
  • Add support for specifying fig.data as a single scalar trace
  • Add dict-style pop method to both Figure and graph objects.
