There is a known issue in this release:
If you extract a template from a site using Get-PnPProvisioningTemplate, in the security section of the template there can be references to {associatedowneridgroup}, {associatedmemberidgroup} and {associatedvisitoridgroup}. Provisioning a template with these tokens will fail. Rename them to:
{associatedownergroupid}, {associatedmembergroupid} or {associatedvisitorgroupid}.
We will address this issue in an intermediate release in a few days from now.
