Severall errors/issues on /samples/Demo.Console

Hi,

Anyone managed to run without errors the /samples/Demo.Console ?
I get an error on Linq sample and on Teams code.
Also some wrong results, for example Counts 0 items on all lists

@sosandu : demo.console indeed does a ton of things and as such requires a lot of permissions as well. Did you grant the needed permissions as described here https://pnp.github.io/pnpcore/demos/Demo.Console/README.html? Also ensure you run the sample code against a modern group connected team site which you did 'teamify' as otherwise there's no team linked to the site.

The sample assumes there's a "Site Assets" library, which is not always the case I think. Feel free to update the library to "Documents" and see if it finds the first document in the documents library...

it's not only about Documents library. All libraries show 0 items

@sosandu : I've checked the sample code and it worked for me once I filled the title property of the retrieved document (at that's what we're querying in below code). I've also updated the sample to the latest version of PnP Core + .NET 6.
