Extend Validation in
PnP.Core.Model.SharePoint.Page.ValidateOneColumnFullWidthSectionUsageAsync()
to allow OneColumnFullWidthSection in TEAMCHANNEL-Sites as well. Test show that they are our days used when create Page from UI in TEAMCHANNEL Sites.
