@andogro please update our documentation with changed dates. We have more parties to communicate with regarding the HF, e.g. exchanges - Binance, BiBox, HitBTC, wallets (Coinomi) |

I've just updated the instruction https://www.poa.network/for-validators/hard-forks/poa-core/upcoming-hf-2019-12-19-or-12598600 and https://forum.poa.network/t/istanbul-activation-on-core/3180, but the forum post is hidden (and validators are not notified yet) until we ensure Sokol upgrade is successful. After Sokol Istanbul activation is done, we will publish the post and create the corresponding PR in Parity repo. |
