b9cf970 introduced a new routine utility_rotate_new in utility.F90 which has been copied from utility_rotate of ponweist/Wannier90-PRACE@79162e3.

However, ponweist/Wannier90-PRACE@79162e3 introduced a bug: When switching back from gemm (BLAS95) to utility_zgemm, in line 713 the order of matrix parameters has been scrambled.

Not using Fortran95 BLAS interface any more.
