Feature or enhancement request

Given s3 bucket content:

├── folder
│   └── index.html
└── index.html

Desired result:
GET / returns /index.html content
GET /folder/ returns /folder/index.html content
GET /folder returns /folder/index.html content

Actual result:
GET / returns /index.html content
GET /folder/ returns /folder/index.html content
GET /folder returns 404
