- Update OR-Tools to latest 9.5 version
- Remove code that used the OR-Tools main JNI. It replicated the behaviour of some or-tools functions so did not evolve with or-tools version.
- Encapsulate all or-tools calls into FaraoMPSolver & associated classes, in order to have full control on the or-tools function calls (eg rounding doubles)
