What is the current behavior?
If a CT RA is in the crac, then the sensitivity provider will throw an error, making the whole sensitivity computation fail.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
Now a technical log is logged and the CT RA is skipped in the sensitivity provider.
Does this PR introduce a breaking change or deprecate an API?
