This is a driver issue. Update your drivers and/or report to NVidia.

Additionally, you can try to select the OpenGL renderer in the options, as that will use a different path in the driver.

So, I updated my drivers, set the render to OpenGL, went a week without crashes and now it happened again

This isn't something we can fix. Please report to Nvidia.
