shift+option modifier key on volume increment/decrement keys (fine volume increment) is broken and this is a fresh install of the program. I don't know, but modifier keys on media keys might be broken in general, but that's speculation.

I just don't have the patience to try to investigate this further. This program is a no-go for me.

More info:

I also downloaded and applied the 'Fine Volume Control' rule and it didn't work--it did nothing. So the key modifiers not working problem might be happening there too. To try to eliminate the possibility that the reported problem might be a side-effect of the rule, I uninstalled and reinstalled the application without reinstalling the rule and the problem persisted.

On my end, shift+option+f11 and shift+option+f12 are working for adjusting the volume in 1/4 increments.
Could it be that some rule is affecting this behavior? Have you tried testing with a new profile to see if the result changes?

Thank you for confirming.

I see, the current Fine Volume Control configuration provided by the community only works with the actual F11 and F12 inputs, so it does not work with the volume control buttons. I suspect that the V3 and Rii mini are sending events as volume control buttons. I'll make sure to improve the Fine Volume Control configuration later to support both types.
