GDPR support for AOL adapter (#2443)

* Added GDPR support for AOL adapter.

* Added unit tests for AOL GDPR changes.

* Added utils for resolving object type and undefined.

* Fixed issues caused by merge.

* Made changes in AOL adapter to support gdprApplies flag.

* Removed bid floor value from test bid config.
