browserstack appears to just run chrome90 twice if you look at one place, but it also says it definitely kicked off edge 90 tests, so looks good

Chrome 90.0.4430 (Windows 10.0.0): Executed 8178 of 8187 (skipped 9) SUCCESS (21.138 secs / 10.285 secs)
Chrome 90.0.4430 (Windows 10.0.0): Executed 8178 of 8187 (skipped 9) SUCCESS (25.877 secs / 12.454 secs)

merging this pr into #6828 because it has updated dependencies and need to check overall stability
