Description of change
As a semi-follow-up to an old PR (#3314), this PR extends the support of the debug params for the appnexus bid adapter by reading the values from the query string of the page URL.
This change will help with troubleshooting efforts on publisher pages that may not have granted
storageAllowedaccess to the appenxus adapter (to use the debug cookie route).
