I added the SCSS style in primefaces/primevue-sass-theme#14 because it's the correct place. But the others 2 lines are necessary to works OK

Following the same solution suggested in PrimeNG primefaces/primeng#13326 and PrimeReact primefaces/primereact#4646 for the same problem.
PROBLEM
when I'm trying to drag over my file in the component (nothing was happening)
