TG2 Not working RPI4

I am using a RPI4 and all of the tone generators but number 2 are working.

I confirmed the following settings:
Volume = 127
Cutoff = 99
Midi Channel = 1 (channel 1 working on other tone generators)

Has anyone else run into this issue?
