Resolves #6778

@limzykenneth @davepagurek @ksen0 Please review my changes.

Changes:

  • Update configure to run batch testing using vitest with the comant npm run batch and npm run batch:report
  • Added proof of concept benchmark test
  • Added simple renderer benchmark test
  • Added a sample of benchmark of the script CPU TRANSFORM TEST
  • Added a sample report of the benchmark where we find that CPU with the false flow is consistently faster in the system tested.
