Resolves #4086

Adds textToContours, a version of textToPoints that returns arrays for each contour for easier rendering with fills
Adds visual tests for textToPoints, textToPaths, and textToContours
Updates default sampling density of textToPoints to be a little higher

Future work: make textToPoints faster!
