Specifically, Typha master now requires Kubernetes endpoint slices, which aren't available in the Kubernetes environment that the v3.17 CI runs in.
Semaphore just upgraded the 'ubuntu1804' platform to
Linux version 5.4.0-81-generic (buildd@lgw01-amd64-051) (gcc version 7.5.0 (Ubuntu 7.5.0-3ubuntu1~18.04)) #91~18.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 23 13:36:29 UTC 2021
so the XDP tests will now run as part of the main FV matrix on
Semaphore, and we don't also need to run them on the "new kernel" GCP
VMs.
