Seems to have been in internal hiccup in golangci lint. Couldn't even find that error number anywhere. However, rerunning the test worked. Let's brace for impact from all those that build from head and have ignored the deprecation warnings so far. |

Prometheus client just released version 1.0.0 on 15 June 2019 which removed default objectives from default summary. So we are required to set objectives manually or the metrics won't show up. This PR set default objectives for all metrics that use SummaryOpts Ref prometheus/client_golang#600

Ran into prometheus/client_golang#600 while updating that client from 0.9 to 1.1. Now we got the quantiles back!
