Can do - I copied a previous PR, 1425, for guidelines on which files needed to be updated for a new collector. PR 1425 didn't update the README either, should I update it here? I'll just do it, and if it's inappropriate, lmk & I'll revert. |

With procfs now exposing /sys/class/cooling_device* metrics, this PR adds cooling_device
